What to Bring
  • New Student Waiver Form. Please print, carefully read, fill in your information, and bring to your first class.  Blank copies will also be available at reception
  • Come to class on an empty stomach, and avoid coffee before class, drink more water instead. Try not to eat any heavy meals 2 hours before practicing, and arrive well hydrated. Please note that if you're hungry closer to class starting please feel free to eat something light like half a muffin or a banana

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class time, latecomers not permitted.

  • Bring a yoga mat, beach-sized towel and bottle of water for your practice

  • Wear minimal clothing, whatever you feel comfortable with. (Keeping in mind that the room is heated and you will sweat!) Bring another towel and change of clothes if you would like to shower after class at the studio. Our change rooms have showers and complimentary environmentally-friendly soap.

  • You can rent a mat (they are disinfected after each use) or you can purchase a new one from us

  • Please turn cell phones off upon entering the building.  The entire studio (change rooms and lounge included) is a cell phone free zone

  • Please refrain from using scented products and wearing any fragrances when coming to class.

  • Leave your valuables at home or in your car as all bags and personal items are to be left in the change rooms – only wallets may be brought into the practice room
