More Weekend Classes
Saturday - 5pm Power flow Sunday - 7pm YIN * Also note: Thursday 6am has changed to Moksha flow, Thurday 9pm has changed to YIN
- All classes done in a hot room.
- If you're new to Moksha, we suggest trying a Moksha 60 min or Moksha 75 or Moksha 90 min to start, in order to familiarize yourself with the series.
- All classes are open to all levels of experience.
- All classes are Drop in. Reservations are not necessary.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to class time, latecomers not permitted.

Moksha (90 minute) - The full Moksha yoga series - a dynamic system of 40 postures and breathing exercises specifically designed to be practiced in a heated room - works to stretch, strengthen and tone the muscles while detoxifying the body and calming the mind.
Moksha (75 minute) The Moksha yoga series, shortened to 75 minutes
Moksha (60 minute) - The Moksha yoga series, shortened to one hour.
Moksha Flow - Combines the regular Moksha series with Sun Salutations.
Moksha Music - Music accompanies this Moksha yoga class. The teacher leads by demonstrating at the front of the room, with little verbal instruction. Let the music take you away!
Moksha Silent - The traditional Moksha Yoga series, practiced in silence. The class is guided, without verbal instruction, by an instructor practicing the series at the front of the room. It is a chance to really feel the practice without auditory distraction. Let your inner teacher soar!
Power Flow - A dynamic and challenging flow class inspired by Baron Baptiste. Very cardiovascular, linking movement with breath, you are constantly flowing through poses. Don't be intimidated by the word "power". This class will help you tap into strength you never knew you had!
YIN -
A gentle practice focused on long holds designed to stretch deep muscle tissue and fascia. All poses are seated or reclined. A great compliment to your regular Moksha practice. Suitable for all levels, great for those trying to build flexibility.
Charity class - - A 60 minute Moksha class offered on a donation ($5 min) basis. Funds raised go to local charities. (No passes apply).
Privates - time when the studio is available for private instruction. $60 / hour, $45 / semi-private. Bookings for groups also available. Please contact us for more details.
